Each room is equipped with its own ceiling mounted Sony projector.

Laptops running Windows 10 or Mac OS X are available and when requested will be open, powered up and ready for use on arrival.

All laptops provided are internet ready and have Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Adobe Reader, VLC Player, WebEx and Spotify installed.

If you’d like to connect your own laptop, VGA cable connections are always provided and HDMI or Mac adaptors can be provided on request.

We have free Wi-Fi coverage throughout the building, so all of your delegates can be online. There is also the option for wired ethernet connections for streaming larger amounts of data, IT training courses or video conferencing.




If you need help getting started, our conference porters and on site AV technician will always be available to assist you.

If you’ve forgotten anything or just need a few little extras we can also provide accessories such speakers, pointers and USB flash drives.


Our premier theatre is specifically designed for giving presentations from either the stage or a Podium.

The main projection display wall is lit by an NEC ceiling mounted projector, fed with High Definition content from the built in AV control room. 

A variety of audio and video content can be brought together in a seamless presentation overseen by an optional AV technician for professional demonstrations and product launches.

The four person panel desk is perfect for question and answer sessions, aided by comprehensive audio coverage which includes fixed podium, handheld and lapel microphones.

The auditorium is also equipped with an induction loop system for the hard of hearing.

The room itself splits into two with the aid of a sealed partition. A drop down projection screen lit with a third HD NEC projector can then supply separate content to the upper theatre.


The main auditorium can broadcast content to our breakout rooms through built in audio and video feeds.

A great idea for keeping satellite rooms and refreshment areas up to date on the keynote speeches.

Ask our technician for advice on integrating your social media outlets before, during and after the event.


Live video and audio recording can be booked ahead of your event. Editing services are also available for DVD production or posting online.
