Squire Theatre

However events in the theatre can be linked to all meeting rooms in the Ark providing the ability for additional delegates to participate. The Lecture Theatre has the flexibility to split into two rooms allowing extra meeting space. Delegates can access the Ark Conference Centre free WIFI if required.

The Upper Squire when partitioned off has fixed seating for up to 100 delegates with lectern, high definition projector and a large viewing screen, an ideal location for those smaller presentations.

The Lower squire when partitioned off has more flexibility without fixed seating of having different set ups. In theatre set up the Lower Squire can hold 77 delegates with a presenters table on the podium for presentations with high definition projector and large viewing screen. Other set ups that can be achieved in the Lower Squire include boardroom for 30, cabaret for 30, u shape for 14 and hollow square for 30.
