Conference Facilities

The Ark Conference Centre offers a variety of flexible room space to accommodate every training or conference requirement.

With a unique lecture theatre and seven additional rooms of varying capacities, plus a superb pavilion ideal for lunches, dinners and product launches, the Ark is the perfect and most flexible venue to host your event.

Flexibility is not just related to the venue; it is also our approach to the client’s requirements and budget.

  SQUIRE THEATRE  
  CASPIAN & ANDAMAN ROOMS  
 
The Squire is a unique lecture theatre able to accommodate 200+ delegates. It features a 3.5m screen, a high definition projector, stage lighting, and the ability to host live link events.
 
 
The Caspian & Andaman when fully opened is one of our largest and most favored rooms. They can hold 90 delegates theatre style, 80 cabaret, 48 boardroom, 40 U shape and 48 hollow square.
 
   
  EXECUTIVE BOARDROOM  
 
The Lugano & Garda can hold 60 cabaret style when fully opened and other set ups such as theatre 70, boardroom 22, U shape 15 and hollow square 25 can also be accommodated.
 
 
The Executive Boardroom is ideal for management or executive meetings and it can hold up to 16 delegates. An electronic screen is in the room and a data projector can be provided if required.
 
  AEGEAN ROOM  
  BARENTS ROOM  
 
The Aegean Room is on the Lower Ground floor adjacent to the Squire Theatre. It is an ideal area to use as a Breakout room for larger Conferences and can hold from 2 – 52 delegates.
 
 
The Barents is on the Lower Ground floor, next door to the Aegean room. It is an ideal area to use as a Breakout room for larger Conferences. This room can hold from 2 – 30 delegates.
